Our farm and stud

The farm of the Domain is at the origin of this unique concept, and serves as the main link in the supply of meat and eggs to our restaurant

We raise, with due respect to their wellbeing, our various poultry (Bresse chickens, canons, guinea hens, turkeys, pigeons, quail, geese, ducks), cattle (Waguy, Aubracq), as well as our lambs, pigs, and laying hens.

You will also find products from Rymska’s farm in our shop.

In addition to the 80 hectares of meadows and ponds, our animals enjoy a huge wooden barn building that fits perfectly into the landscape.

Eggs

Our eggs are from laying hens raised outdoors.
The different breeds of hens will furnish you with ”multicolored” eggs.
The red eggs are laid by coppery black Marans, the traditional egg by the Sussex hen, the blue low in cholesterol eggs by the Azur hen.

Seasonal and upon reservation, it is possible to buy poultry whole (farm chicken, Capone, guinea hens, turkeys, geese, ducks and quails), traditional beef, Wagyu beef, lamb, outdoor pork.

Prepared from elaborate recipes by our chef, Jérémie Muller, with meats and vegetables from the farm, we propose terrines and cooked dishes in jars… to taste the flavours of our Domain at home !
